Free Tracked Shipping on All Orders
We offer free tracked shipping to all our customers with no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
We aim to process all orders placed before 23:00 on the same day. However, during busy periods, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday–Friday).
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- UK: 5–7 business days
- Europe: 5–9 business days
- UAE & GCC: 6–10 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. You can also track your order on our website page here.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that delivery times may be affected by:
- Customs clearance procedures (for international orders)
- Weather conditions or natural events
- High volume periods (holidays, sales events)
- Carrier delays beyond our control
- Global events and geopolitical circumstances beyond our control
- Active regional conflicts, war, or civil unrest affecting transit routes and carrier operations
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email with updates.
Due to the ongoing regional conflict and its impact on shipping routes, carrier operations, and customs processes. Particularly for orders destined for the UAE and GCC, some shipments may experience delays significantly beyond our standard estimates.
We understand this situation may cause frustration, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. Our commitment to you is:
- We will proactively communicate any known delays affecting your shipment via email.
- We will do everything within our power to ensure your order reaches you safely.
- Once your order is confirmed as delivered, our standard 30-day return policy applies in full.
- In exceptional cases where an order is confirmed as lost, not merely delayed by the carrier, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
We strongly encourage customers to monitor their tracking updates regularly here (https://www.elvelin.com/apps/track123) and contact us at support@elvelin.com if their shipment appears to have stopped moving for an extended period. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive this within a few hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@elvelin.com.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy if you are not happy with your order for any reason. For more information, please see our Return Policy on our website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier:
- We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
- Consider using a secure delivery location if you will not be home.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for missing packages.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Send the correct item at no additional cost.
- Provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
- Process this as a priority to minimise any inconvenience.
